The victim could also be someone offended by the conduct of the harasser.\u00a0 Also, it is illegal for your employer to retaliate against you for being in opposition of their unlawful employment practices.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>Report:<\/strong><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>If you feel comfortable, you may confront the harasser and advise him or her that the conduct is offensive to you and you would like for it to end immediately.
