{"id":851,"date":"2015-12-16T03:58:39","date_gmt":"2015-12-16T03:58:39","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/discriminationandsexualharassmentlawyers.com\/?p=851"},"modified":"2019-12-04T04:10:14","modified_gmt":"2019-12-04T04:10:14","slug":"i-could-not-be-with-her-without-being-sexual-says-multi-million-dollar-ceo-in-a-recorded-conversation","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.discriminationandsexualharassmentlawyers.com\/es\/i-could-not-be-with-her-without-being-sexual-says-multi-million-dollar-ceo-in-a-recorded-conversation\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201cI Could Not Be With Her Without Being Sexual\u201d Says Multi-Million Dollar CEO in a Recorded Conversation"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">Multi-million dollar founder and CEO of TransGas Energy, Adam Victor is being sued for sexual harassment by his former assistant, Eve Khatskevich.<\/h2>\n<p>Khatskevich a brunette in her 30\u2019s who holds strikingly good looks refused the advances of her married boss; and because of that, she no longer works for him.<\/p>\n<p>In a secretly recorded conversation, Victor, 62 spilled the beans on how he felt about Eve Khatskevich.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI just couldn\u2019t do it, I just needed to see her naked. I could not be with her without being sexual. It became too difficult.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIf there was, if we basically were sleeping with each other, Eve would still be here, with the same f\u2013king job, running the same hours\u201d Victor said. \u201cIt was all about sex, OK? It was all about sex. If I had that or she was able to do it, she\u2019d be happy, she\u2019d be here with a job, she\u2019d be on a career\u201d he added.<br \/>\nThe recordings of Victor that were made by another female employee, Nazym Toktassynova, who is also Khatskevich\u2019s roommate, have been entered as evidence in a sexual harassment lawsuit filed against him.<br \/>\nIn the recordings Victor can be heard speaking in his raspy voice as he lustfully pours his heart out to Nazym saying \u201cBut at the bottom line, Nazym, maybe I\u2019m weak. I thought I could have a relationship with Eve where it was strictly professional where she worked, where it would not be sexual,\u201d Victor tells her. \u201cBut she was too pretty for me, OK. She was just too pretty, and I never got over my desire to basically have sex with her.\u201d<br \/>\nHe also told her that he was prepared to let her have a boyfriend if she would have had sex with him.<\/p>\n<p>Toktassynova has filed her own suit against Victor in December 2014, claiming that he tried to rape her.<\/p>\n<p>In a separate recording, Victor claimed that both Khatskevich and Toktassynova worked as hookers and that he rescued them from a \u201cHell\u2019s Kitchen brothel.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe know she wasn\u2019t a prostitute but this is gonna be war,\u201d he said in the conversation recording dated Feb. 28, 2014, just one month after the suit was filed by Khatskevich in the Manhattan Supreme Court.<\/p>\n<p>Victor claimed that he was misunderstood and that he said \u201cimpostor,\u201d not \u201cprostitute,\u201d during the conversation, however, his defense attorneys have indicated that \u201cKhatskevich\u2019s history of prostitution is highly relevant to her instant claims of sexual harassment.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>According to court papers, Victor further claimed that prior to the cops closing it down; Khatskevich had a \u201cmasseuse\u201d gig at Body Works on 48th Street and 10th Avenue which was operating as a brothel.<br \/>\nVictor filed a countersuit, saying that the judge should not allow the recordings as exhibits because they are of \u201cdubious authenticity.\u201d<br \/>\nThe sexual harassment lawyers who represent Khatskevich are seeking additional justice on her behalf, stating that Victor is slandering her reputation.<br \/>\nVictor says the suits are no more than \u201cextortion attempts\u201d by former employees who are disgruntled.<\/p>\n<h3>Are you or someone you know experiencing sexual harassment at work?<\/h3>\n<p>The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) does not allow for employers to discriminate against employees on the basis of color, race, sex, religion or national origin.<\/p>\n<p>Sexual harassment is a form of gender discrimination, therefore, it is illegal.<\/p>\n<p>The sexual harassment, discrimination and employment lawyers here at the Derek Smith Law Group have compassion for every victim who has wrongfully been sexually harassed or treated unfairly.<\/p>\n<p>Our sexual harassment attorneys will fight for justice on your behalf.
