{"id":830,"date":"2016-01-13T05:46:14","date_gmt":"2016-01-13T05:46:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/discriminationandsexualharassmentlawyers.com\/?p=830"},"modified":"2019-12-11T23:01:36","modified_gmt":"2019-12-11T23:01:36","slug":"boss-sends-message-to-former-employees-boyfriend-your-girlfriend-was-a-real-pleasure","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/dev.discriminationandsexualharassmentlawyers.com\/es\/boss-sends-message-to-former-employees-boyfriend-your-girlfriend-was-a-real-pleasure\/","title":{"rendered":"Boss Sends Message to Former Employee\u2019s Boyfriend: \u201cYour Girlfriend Was A Real Pleasure\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>If you ever become the proud owner and manager of a multi-million dollar investment firm, here are some employment law guidelines for company etiquette:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rule #1:<\/strong> Like any place of employment, you want to keep the atmosphere for your business, professional.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rule #2:<\/strong> Always hire employees based on their skills and experience.<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Rule#3:<\/strong> Always avoid at all costs, hiring any employees as \u201csexual playthings.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And if it just so happens that you miss out on the first three rules and make the mistake of violating them; then you certainly never, ever, ever want to goof up on rule #4 and that is: after pressuring your employee into a sexual relationship with you, and that employee decides to quit, don\u2019t ever in a jealous fit of rage, contact the boyfriend of that employee and send him a message titled \u201chey buddy \u2013 how do I taste?\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s what former hedge funder, Marc Abrams, allegedly did in the case of his ex-employee, Danielle Pecile.<\/p>\n<p>Abrams, who started Titan Capital Group with his brother Russell, is being accused by Pecile of workplace sexual harassment. According to Pecile she was hired to be her boss\u2019 \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/discriminationandsexualharassmentlawyers.com\/employment-law\/sexual-harassment\/sexism-in-the-workplace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">sexual plaything<\/a>.\u201d\u00a0 She says that both brothers used a \u201ctag team\u201d effort to pressure her into a relationship with Marc. After Pecile decided to comply, she continued to date her boyfriend; but after she quit in 2009, Marc became enraged with jealously.<\/p>\n<p>According to court documents, he reached out to her boyfriend on Facebook titling the message \u201cHow do I taste?\u201d<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"text-align: justify;\">The body of the message read as follows:<\/h2>\n<p>\u201cYour girlfriend was a real pleasure, especially on her birthday when she s\u2014d me off in my office.. I\u2019m (sic) wondering what a loser you are that you never cared that she was s&#8212;&#8211;ing my d&#8212;k during the day and kissing you at night.\u00a0 Most funny is when the trash (referring to Ms. Pecile) thought I (sic) would actually have a relationship with her. Btw, when I (sic) came back from the trip you \u201cforced her\u201d not to go on, I (sic) probably got the longest b&#8212;w j\u2014b in my life.\u00a0 She said you cried and begged her to come back\u2026she\u2019s all yours \u2013I\u2019m done.\u00a0 Enjoy (sic) tasting me and knowing you cried over her, while she laughed at you \u2013calling you a loser.\u00a0 I don\u2019t know, maybe you are?<\/p>\n<p>If you\u2019re (sic) not and you would like to grab a beer and compare notes, let me know. I will even buy \u2013she said you were a loser without a nickel and without a d&#8212;k \u2013so I do have sympathy for you.<\/p>\n<p>Remember every time you kiss her, how many times those lips were wrapped around..well (sic) something bigger than you (*according to her).\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Pecile and former employee, Cristina Culicea, who worked as assistants at Titan Capital, have filed a claim against their former employer.\u00a0 The company is being accused of subjecting the women to tawdry comments, misogyny and <a href=\"https:\/\/discriminationandsexualharassmentlawyers.com\/employment-law\/employment-discrimination\/new-york-city\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">employment discrimination<\/a>.
